- 5 cups washed and torn mixed salad greens
- 6 oz cheese (Gorgonzola or Stilton)
or your favorite cheese
- 2 Bartlett pears
- 1/2 cup Hurley farms walnuts
- 1/3 cup Hurley farms olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups Hurley farms pear vinegar
- 4 tbsp honey for sweetness
- salt and pepper to taste
Cut pears into 1/2 inch pieces. Mix oil, vinegar, honey
salt and pepper in a cup and whisk. Drizzle over salad greens
and pears, garnish with walnuts.
